Too ALL the MOTHERS in my LIFE...

Happy Mothers Day To...
My Grandma Tenney ~ So grateful that she raised my father to be the man he is and for her perfect example!
My dad and Grandma Tenney
My Grandma Porter ~ Sure do miss this lady!! I LOVED growing up with her living right down the road. She is who I ran away to when I was fighting with my brothers. I am grateful for the amazing daughter that she raised!

My MOM ~ where do I start?! Thank you for your endless service to me and my family. So grateful I can call you Mother and Friend! I don't know what I would do without all of your love, support, and advice. Thank you for being a MEAN mom, so in return I could be the MEAN mother I am today. Thank you for being a perfect Grandma to my children. Thanks for always giving my babies their first baths. Thank you for your testimony and for all the prayers you have offered and still offer in my behalf. There is NO doubt that God hears YOUR prayers!! Thanks for ALWAYS being there...I LOVE YOU!

My 2nd Mom ~ I came accross this poem and it says perfectly how I feel about my mother-in-law...
You are the mother I received the day I wed your son.
And I just want to thank you, Mom, for all the things you've done.
You have given me a gracious man with whom I share my life.
You are his lovely mother and I his lucky wife.
You used to pat his little head and now I hold his hand.
You raised in love a little boy then gave to me a man.
Ronna - Thank you so much for your love and friendship. I am SO grateful for the relationship we have. Thanks for being such an awesome grandma to my children! Sure glad that nearly 8 years ago you became my 2nd mom!!! I love you!

My Sister ~ Since she is 12 years older than me she has always been a 2nd mother figure in my life. She is such an awesome mom to her children and I have learned so much from her example! I am so grateful for our friendship, our morning talks, our exercise excursions, and our sister get aways!! Sure do love you Sista!!!
Jami with her three youngest!
My sisters-in-law ~ So grateful that my brothers have all married AWESOME chicks that have ALL become some of my closest friends! Thanks gals for putting up with my naughty brothers...I love you ALL!!!
My friends ~ yeah you know who you are...thanks for being awesome examples of what mothers are suppose to be like. Maybe someday I'll catch on:o)
Myself ~ I have heard it said that we "shouted for joy" in the pre-existance when we knew that we would be able to come to earth and have the opportunity to be a mother. Now I have often wondered if I really "Shouted for Joy!" There is no doubt that I was probably shouting, but was is for joy? Did I really sign up for this? I am sure they sugar coated this crap!!...No really, I would truly be ungrateful if I didn't share my feelings on being a mother. I remember my favorite song as a little girl ... "when I grow up, I want to be a mother, and raise a family. One little, two little, three little children of my own" I have been blessed with 10 beautiful children who each bring a lot of work, yet a lot of happiness to my life. I can't imagine my life without them. I hope my children will never doubt how much I love them!!
Happy Mothers Day to ALL those Mothers out there!!

Happy Mother's Day to you too! I love your post. That song is crazy because I've been singing that to my girls too and love it, always have. Your kids are lucky to have you as their mother!

Sista - I sure do love you!! Happy Mother's Day!! I hope you know how special and needed you are to those children of yours. It takes a special lady to do what you do on a daily basis. You're a great example to all!!

Happy Mother's Day Tiff (yes I'm a day late...that seems to be a theme for me these days). Thank you for sharing your thoughts of all your moms. I'm in tears just reading about the people who have blessed your life.
