WHAT A WEEK!!!!!!

I didn't plan for this past week to be so crazy, with the adoption on Tuesday, a baptism on Thursday, the sealing on Friday, and the 4th of July on Saturday, but that is just how it turned out to be. We found out Tuesday night that Brandon's mom would not be able to attend the sealing of our kids, so we decided to do it this past weekend since so many family and friends were here and would be able to attend. The prior four posts are what went on in our lives this week...

Congratulations on well everything. That is so awesome. I'm sure your mom told you but we saw her in the temple last week. It was so awesome. She told me all about what was going on with your family. I'm so glad we decided to go that day when your parents were there. To bad we didn't happen to go on Friday. I wanted to see you while we were up there but it sounded like you were a little busy. Well next year we will have to set something up I guess.

Tiff your new family picture just makes me cry. You all look wonderful! It was a beautiful day in the temple & I'm so lucky I got to witness it. It was such a precious moment in time that can't even really be described with words. My dad and I were talking about how neat it was & how you and Brandon have literally saved those childrens' lives. From the situations they were born into, they have been saved from hardships and heartaches that would have taken them to drastically different places in their lives, and yet, now they have a fairy-tale ending: parents who love them and treat them like they should be treated & parents they get to keep forever. There will be a day when their biological parents will realize the pivotal impact you had for those kids & they will thank you, too. I really admire you & think you're amazing--I have always looked up to you--you have been a great example in my life & I feel lucky to tell people that you are my cousin. I love you!
