To be honest it didn't really feel like a reunion this year. Dave did a great job putting it on, but it just was different. I swear that there were brothers of mine that I never even talked to(and not on purpose). We did have a lot of fun though and it is ALWAYS good to be with family!!! Here are some highlights...
Cousins...Eva, Callie, Brooklyn, and Maryah...a bunch of good girls!
Porter and Payton...good friends
Playing Games...Ron, Macky, Maryssa, Emma, Dallin, Torri, and Kalee
Morgon and Kayleb
Ty...Did you tell me I couldn't get another one???
Tessa and Brielle...Cynthia wasn't feeling well and Randy needed to stay home with her so I kept 3 of their girls. Tessa was the best little momma ever to her littlest sister!
Taelee, Maron, and Morgon
Noble & Nolan...what would a reunion be without 4-Wheeler riding??
Can't have a reunion without a pinata either!!...Lincoln
Good hit Caden!!...wait is that what I think it is...carrots and broccoli?
Yep it is carrots and broccoli and lettuce...and the kids still went for it!!:)
The funniest is that they actually were eating it!
Brielle was BEAT!
Poor Lexi set up shop and gave TONS of haircuts...don't let this picture fool you, he still has his beard!!
Stetson and his adorable girl Torri...we hope this one works...loved her!!
Eva, Carly, and Slade
me and my man
We of course couldn't have a reunion without the Burns! Uncle Mike, Maron, Aunt Robyn, Ashley, and Pay...love the looks on their faces!
Can't tell you how much I LOVE my Mom!! What a woman!!!
I don't know exactly how I feel about all of this. Like I said in posts prior, 4th of July week was super hard on me in terms of missing my Dad. The week after the 4th was our Tenney Family reunion. We started off the weekend by setting my Dad's headstone. It was a beautiful day, threatening rain, but the rain held out for us until after we set the headstone and had a few moments there as a family. The headstone turned out beautiful. It was like the final chapter in this year of firsts for me. The only 1st we have left is the 1 year anniversary of his passing which will be in a couple weeks(which is hard to believe)!! As I look back at the pictures I am reminded of how blessed I am to have the family I do.
Brandon and I
They allowed all the kids to help with the putty stuff
I am so blessed to have an amazing husband...helping Mrogon
Keyghan, Kayleb, and Mallori
Maron...this little girl has always had a special connection with my Dad
I can hardly believe that Michael is 12!! He has been waiting for this day for....well...a year!:) Ever since he turned 11 he has reminded us daily of how many days/months/minutes were left until he turned 12 and got the Priesthood. This year is birthday fell on 4th of July Saturday so we celebrated it on Sunday.
Michael we are SO proud of you and your desire to be a good boy! We look forward to watching you learn and grow in the priesthood. We are so grateful Heavenly Father sent you to our family!! We love you lots!!
